UFC 326: Jeongyeong Lee vs. Gaston Bolanos: Prediction

My prediction is a unanimous decision victory for Lee over Bolanos because he’s the faster fighter. This quickness will allow Lee to land the cleaner strikes, especially his signature punches to the body.

The only thing that he needs to be wary of is Bolanos’ leg kicks that target the calf. But I’m confident Lee can avoid these kicks given the speed difference. I also expect Lee to mix his attacks with some grappling because of his solid Brazilian jiu-jitsu background.

Jeongyeong Lee’s Recent Fight Results

Lee won the Road to UFC Asia tournament in February 2023 when he defeated Yizha via split decision. Since then, he has competed three times inside the octagon, recording one win (Blake Bilder) and two losses (Hyder Amil and Daniel Santos).

Gaston Bolanos’ Recent Fight Results

Bolanos is a former Bellator standout before signing with the UFC in 2023. In his four fights, he has compiled wins over Aaron Phillips and Cortavious Romious, while losing bouts to Marcus McGhee and Quang Le.
