Former UFC middleweight title challenger Marvin Vettori is looking to break his slump against Ismail Naurdiev in their scheduled middleweight showdown at UFC 332 on Saturday at Delta Center.
Due to his four-fight losing streak, Vettori heads into the match as the betting underdog with +120 UFC odds. On the other hand, Naurdiev, who’s coming off a stoppage win in his previous outing, will be the betting favorite with -145 odds.

UFC 332: Marvin Vettori vs. Ismail Naurdiev: Prediction
I predict a decision win for Naurdiev over Vettori because he’s the better overall striker. Naurdiev has an elite striking arsenal, especially his kicks and flying knees. He also has a strong enough takedown game to stop Vettori’s takedown attempts.
Vettori’s fighting style has changed throughout his UFC career: from a constant forward-pressure fighter to a more second-guessing fighter. But his durability and cardio remain his biggest assets.
I think the fight will be a stand-up affar throughout three rounds and Naurdiev will have the clear advantage. He’ll be able to kick Vettori’s lead leg and occassionaly fire flashy spinning attacks and flying knees.
