My prediction is a decision win for Valentin over Todorovic, as he’s the better grappler with more variety of submission techniques in his arsenal. Valentin also does a better job of using his striking to set up takedowns.
This is contrary to what Todorovic is doing because instead of properly setting up his takedowns, he forces opponents into a clinch before going all-in with them. It burns more energy and cardio with Todorovic’s approach than Valentin’s.
Lastly, if Valentin continues to fight with confidence and aggressiveness, he’s at his best. His last win over Julien LeBlanc proves this, as he just went in and controlled the pace of the match and dictated where he wanted it to be, resulting in a first-round submission win.
