The opener of the upcoming UFC Houston card on Feb. 21 will be the women’s flyweight showdown between Juliana Miller and Carli Judice. The two are scheduled to meet inside the Toyota Center.

UFC Houston: Juliana Miller vs. Carli Judice: Prediction
I predict a TKO/KO finish for Judice over Miller because she’s the more technical and precise striker, plus she has solid takedown defense. With her incredible distance management, I think she’ll be able to telegraph takedown attempts from Miller.
Even if Miller takes Judice down, I think she’ll be able to get back on her feet and force a striking battle, where she thrives due to her kickboxing and Muay Thai backgrounds. In one of those striking exchanges, I believe Judice will be able to catch Miller with a clean kick to the head or body, which can potentially end the fight.
Juliana Miller’s Recent Fight Results
Miller was a standout during the Ultimate Fighter 30 and eventually won the competition in August 2022. However, in her last three fights in the UFC, she has won one bout against Ivana Petrovic and lost to Veronica Hardy and Luana Santos.
Carli Judice’s Recent Fight Results
Judice was an aspiring fighter who competed on Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2023 but suffered a close split-decision loss to Ernesta Kareckaite. Despite the loss, she was still signed by the UFC. In her first three bouts inside the octagon, she lost to Gabriella Fernandes but beat Yuniesy Duben and Nicoole Caliari.
