My prediction is a TKO/KO win for Gafurov against Wiklacz because he’s the more powerful striker. Even though Wiklacz has the longer reach and leg reach, Gafurov can effectively close the distance and accurately land punches and kicks.
Another factor to consider here is the experience level of Gafurov, who has been in four UFC fights, as Wiklacz only has one bout under the promotion. Even if Wiklacz forces a grappling battle and shoots for a takedown, I think Gafurov’s takedown defense will be enough to prevent any submissions or ground-and-pound finish.
