After his impressive performance at Dana White’s Contender Series, Delano will be the betting favorite with -325 UFC odds, while Ruchala, who dropped his promotional debut, is going to be the +260 betting underdog.

UFC Vegas 115: Jose Delano vs. Robert Ruchala: Prediction

With the better striking skills and more output, I predict a unanimous decision win for Delano. Delano likes to fully utilize his movement and footwork to go in and out against his opponents and win every striking exchange.

Furthermore, Delano is a bit quicker than Ruchala, which can cause problems for the Polish MMA contender and eventually frustrate him. Another key factor is Ruchala’s hesitation to fire strikes because he’s too worried about the counters going in his direction when he throws.

Jose Delano’s Recent Fight Results

Delano was the former LF titleholder before he joined Dana White’s Contender Series in August. He fought Manuel Exposito in the competition and scored a unanimous decision victory to earn a roster spot in the Las Vegas-based promotion.

Robert Ruchala’s Recent Fight Results

Ruchala was the former KSW champion before the UFC signed him last year. He was pitted against William Gomis in September, but sustained a unanimous decision defeat in his inaugural outing inside the octagon.
