The featherweight match between undefeated prospect Tommy McMillen and Italian MMA contender Manolo Zecchini will be the opening bout of the UFC Vegas 115 main card this Saturday at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

McMillen’s undefeated record has made him the considerable betting favorite with -1400 UFC odds, while Zecchini, who dropped his previous match, is going to be the overwhelming betting underdog with +800 odds.

UFC Vegas 115: Tommy McMillen vs. Manolo Zecchini: Prediction

With the counterpunching ability of Zecchini, I think he’ll get the TKO/KO finish over McMillen. McMillen, although he’s undefeated, fights with his hands low and lunges forward when he fires his punches.

This could be McMillen’s downfall, especially with the calibre of Zecchini, who’s known for his punching power. Another path to victory for Zecchini is his front kicks, which he can spam against McMillen. However, Zecchini’s chink in his armor are strikes to the body, which became his downfall in his UFC debut.

Tommy McMillen’s Recent Fight Results

McMillen was a former Fusion Fight League champion before he joined Dana White’s Contender Series in September. He fought David Mgoyan and won by majority decision, which was enough to secure him a UFC contract.

Manolo Zecchini’s Recent Fight Results

Zecchini was an MMA standout from Italy who made his promotional debut in September at UFC Paris. He was pitted against Morgan Charriere but absorbed a first-round stoppage loss at the hands of the Frenchman.
