Women’s bantamweight contenders Priscila Cachoeira and Chelsea Chandler are looking to break their respective losing skids on Saturday at UFC Vegas 118, as they collide inside the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

Both are currently on a two-fight losing streak, but Chandler will be the slight betting favorite with -125 UFC odds, while Chandler is going to be the +105 betting underdog.

UFC Vegas 118: Priscila Cachoeira vs. Chelsea Chandler: Prediction

A TKO/KO finish for Chandler over Cachoeira is my prediction due to the power she has in her left hand. Also, Chandler will hold the advantage in reach and leg reach, which will be crucial in their stand-up battle.

Chandler is expected to set this atomic left-hand punch with her combinations, especially since Cachoeira doesn’t move her head away from the center line. This lack of head movement from Cachoeira will be her downfall in this match.

Priscila Cachoeira’s Recent Fight Results

Cachoeira has been with the UFC since 2018. But she has only won one fight in her last five appearances in the promotion. She won against Josiane Nunes and dropped the other four to Miranda Maverick, Jasmine Jasudavicius, Joselyne Edwards, and Klaudia Sygula.

Chelsea Chandler’s Recent Fight Results

Chandler was an Invicta FC standout when the UFC signed her in 2022. In five bouts under the promotion, she recorded two wins (Julija Stoliarenko and Nunes) and three losses (Norma Dumont, Yana Santos, and Edwards).
