My prediction is a submission win for Magomedov over Baghdasaryan, as he’s the more well-rounded fighter who can fight in both the striking and grappling areas. Although Magomedov is also a powerful striker, I believe he’ll choose a grappling-heavy fight plan.
Baghdasaryan was a former kickboxing world champion, and I think Magomedov recognizes that, which is why he’ll employ takedowns and clinch battles in this fight. This will effectively remove Magomedov from Baghdasaryan’s strikes, especially those sneaky left high kicks.
