A submission victory for Thainara over Lemos is my prediction because she’s the more well-rounded fighter and has the better grappling skills. Lemos is a vicious boxer, but this can be easily neutralized when she’s taken down.
Thainara is also very good at setting up her takedowns and not just forcing them against opponents. She utilizes her continuously improving striking skills to make her opposition commit before shooting for a takedown.
With Lemos at the tail-end of her pro career and past her prime, I believe Thainara will maximize her youth and explosiveness to overpower the former title challenger. Thainara’s Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt credentials will be on full display to secure a submission win.
