The co-main event of UFC Vegas 121 will feature the middleweight fight between Rodolfo Vieira and Robert Bryczek inside the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

Both are coming off losses in their previous bouts, but Vieira enters the fight as the slight betting favorite with -160 UFC odds. Meanwhile, Bryczek is going to be the slight betting underdog with +135 odds.

UFC 121: Rodolfo Vieira vs. Robert Bryzcek: Prediction

My prediction is a submission win for Vieira over Bryzcek because he’s the vicious grappler. Also, Vieira’s style counters Bryzcek’s striking-based approach because he can take the fight to the ground.

This will neutralize the threat of Bryzcek’s combination and power while threatening several submission techniques. The only caveat is that Vieira must finish the fight in the opening round, because his cardio doesn’t hold up past the first round.

If Bryzcek survives Vieira’s early onslaught, I think he’ll have a better chance to outstrike him and even land an altering strike. But I think Vieira has learned his lesson and will go for the finish early.

Rodolfo Vieira’s Recent Fight Results

Vieira is a UFC veteran who has been with the promotion since 2019. But in his last five bouts, he has won only two and lost the other three. He beat Armen Petrosyan and Tresean Gore, and lost to Andre Petroski, Bo Nickal, and Eric McConico.

Robert Bryczek’s Recent Fight Results

Bryczek made his UFC debut in February 2024 and has since competed in three matches inside the octagon. He racked up one win against Brad Tavares, but lost the other two to Ihor Potieria and Cam Rowston.
