BetMGM released the latest college football odds, and some of you are probably looking for that surprise team to shine during Week 10.

The teams that tend to make the most money for bettors are underdogs, so which ones might come through this week? Let’s take a look at some of the best college football underdogs on the board.

Tennessee (+1.5) at Kentucky

Kentucky is considered one of the top 20 teams in the country according to the latest AP Poll, and yet, they are just one and a half point favorites at home against an unranked Volunteers team.

Tennessee is also coming off of a bye here, which means they have had two weeks to prepare for the Wildcats. They have proven they can hang with good teams, barely falling short of upsetting Ole Miss a couple of weeks ago.

Also, this is the best offense that Kentucky has faced in SEC play outside of Georgia. Tennessee averages 10.4 more points per game than Kentucky, and against Georgia, Kentucky gave up 30 points.

Considering that the Wildcats are the third lowest-scoring offense in the SEC, this could be a long day.

Louisville (+3.5) vs. Clemson

I have enjoyed picking against Clemson this season, as the Tigers have proven to be one of the best college football teams to fade.

Outside of Missouri, Clemson has the worst record ATS this season in all of college football. They finally got their first win ATS last week against Florida State, and even that took a near miracle considering that they scored a touchdown to cover as time expired because of the Seminoles lateraling it into their endzone.

Clemson’s offense is terrible, as they rank dead last in the ACC in points per game with just 21.3. However, the Cardinals have shown signs of life at times in this season, most notably only losing by a field goal on the road against still undefeated Wake Forest.

I think until Clemson proves that they can cover college football spread bets reliably, I have no choice but to go the other direction.

Boise State (+5.5) at Fresno State

Let’s shift gears and go to the Mountain West conference, as a big game in Fresno is taking place next week. Fresno State just entered the AP Poll after upsetting San Diego State on the road, yet they are as less than a touchdown favorite at home against Boise State.

I think this could be a letdown spot for the Bulldogs because of last week’s win and that Boise State tends to play hard against ranked teams. They lost a close 21-20 game to Oklahoma State earlier, plus upset BYU on the road.

There is no reason to think that the Broncos cannot do this again, considering that they are 2-0 as an underdog ATS this season. However, Fresno State is not a reliable favorite, with a 4-3 record ATS versus a 2-0 record as an underdog.
