NFL Betting Week 11

After two straight weeks of shocking upsets, it’s become even more clear that there’s no such thing as a “sure bet.”

BetMGM has released the latest NFL betting lines, and the first thing to look for is what NFL spreads give bettors the best value.

So, which ones would I pick this week? Here are three to take a closer look at before placing your bets.

Jaguars (+6.5) vs. 49ers

This pick may be a surprise to some, but I like the Jaguars in this spot.

The 49ers are coming off their biggest win of the season against the Rams. Now they have to travel to the east coast on short rest.

San Francisco is giving up a lot of points for a road team, but with just a 4-5 overall record and a 3-6 record ATS, can they be trusted?

Some may look at this as a bold pick, but I think if Trevor Lawrence can keep taking care of the ball, Jacksonville has a real chance to cover the spread.

Saints (+1.5) at Eagles

New Orleans lost last week’s game against the Titans partially because of a controversial roughing the passer call.

I think the Saints will bounce back here because of their defense. The Saints allow less than 20 points per game and have the best rushing defense in the NFL.

Philadelphia is a team that relies heavily on the run, with the second-most rushing yards and the second-most by a QB in Jalen Hurts.

If the Saints’ rushing defense lives up to the hype, they can pull off the road victory.

Bengals (-1) at Raiders

The Bengals are road favorites in a game that both teams need to win for playoff positioning. Las Vegas has lost their last two games. Meanwhile, Cincinnati is coming off of a bye week after getting destroyed by the Browns.

Unfortunately for the Raiders, they have had many issues off of the field to deal with in recent weeks. First, they cut Henry Ruggs III, had to release CB Damon Arnette due to a threatening video, and of course, parted ways with head coach Jon Gruden due to controversial emails. Now, Alec Ingold is out for the year as well.

If Las Vegas is going to win this game, they need to get more production from their running game. They are the fifth-worst team in the NFL in rushing yards per game, averaging just over 85 per game. The Bengals give up the eighth fewest rushing yards, allowing about 101 per game.

With that in mind, the Raiders will likely rely on being one-dimensional and winning through the air. However, I am not so sure that Vegas can do that against Cincinnati.
