The Atlanta Dream have a win total of 29.5 at the BetMGM online sportsbook ahead of the 2026 WNBA season.

The Dream won 30 games last year, so the WNBA odds are projecting them to be among the top teams once again.

  • Under 29.5 wins: -120

Atlanta Dream Win Total Prediction

  • Pass at current value

I’d rather pass on the current value of Atlanta’s win total for the 2026 season. There isn’t really an edge in either direction.

If the Dream win 30-plus games in 2026, there are better ways to bet on them in other markets. For one, Karl Smesko is the WNBA Coach of the Year odds favorite after having a good case in his debut campaign last year.

During Smesko’s first season at the helm, Atlanta ranked second in offensive rating and second defense rating. Allisha Gray had the best season of her career, finishing fourth in MVP voting. Naz Hillmon won Sixth Player of the Year, while Rhyne Howard was one of the top two-way players in the league.

After losing in Round 1, the Dream hope to be even better this year. They made a blockbuster trade, acquiring Angel Reese. There is a chance that Reese is optimized in this system full of spacers, which is why she’s worth a look at 80/1 in the MVP market.

At the same time, there are avenues to Atlanta not meeting expectations. The New York Liberty and Las Vegas Aces look even better on paper, while the Indiana Fever hope to take the next step with a healthy season from Caitlin Clark.

The Dream are firmly a top four team in my opinion, but if they are fourth, it could keep their win total in the high-20s. For comparison, they won 30 games and had the second-best record in the league last year.

As a result, I’d prefer to pass on Atlanta’s win total after it was my favorite over last year.
