The New York Liberty have a win total of 32.5 at the BetMGM online sportsbook for the 2026 WNBA season.

New York has the highest WNBA odds win total in the league this year after winning 27 games in 2025.

New York Liberty Over/Under Wins 2026

  • Over 32.5 wins: -130
  • Under 32.5 wins: +100

New York Liberty Win Total Prediction

  • Lean under 32.5 wins

If forced to pick a path, I see more value in the under on the Liberty’s win total (32.5) for the 2026 season.

On paper, New York looks like the best team in the WNBA. The Liberty added Satou Sabally to a core that features Breanna Stewart, Jonquel Jones, and Sabrina Ionescu.

Betnijah Laney-Hamilton is back after missing the 2025 campaign. Leonie Fiebich and Marine Johannès are also key returners. It’s easy to see how the Liberty didn’t have the space to bring back Natasha Cloud.

There aren’t many teams that can rival the top of New York’s rotation, which is why this team is the betting favorite in the latest WNBA championship odds.

But winning 33 contests (even in a 44-game season), and there are just enough unknown variables to make me skeptical of the Liberty reaching their full potential right away.

For one, New York has a new head coach in Chris DeMarco. He’s been with the Golden State Warriors organization since 2016, though there will be an adjustment period in his first WNBA campaign.

The signing of Sabally also adds an interesting wrinkle. She’s averaged over 13 field goal attempts per game the last three years. The Liberty have typically run their offense through Stewart and Ionescu as the only players to average double-digit shots the past two seasons.

By the end of the year, it wouldn’t surprise me if the Liberty are humming on both ends of the floor. They have so much size and versatility that they should be the favorites in any playoff series.

However, it’s just as possible that New York goes through an adjustment period at the start of the year and loses enough games to fall short of this lofty win total.

Visit the online sportsbook for updated WNBA odds throughout the year. From futures like championship odds, MVP odds, or Rookie of the Year odds, to in-season betting with spreads, parlays, and prop bets, there’s something for everyone.
