I like the over on the full-game total of 168.5 for my Mystics vs. Fever prediction on Friday. This mark feels low based on the firepower of both teams.
The Fever have scored 191 points through two games. They rank second in offensive rating and pace this young season, following a 2025 campaign in which the team finished third in offensive rating and fifth in pace.
Perhaps the most promising sign of Indiana’s offensive success is that Caitlin Clark isn’t even shooting well right now. Clark is 18.8% from long range, but has made up for it by shooting 68.4% on 2-pointers this year.
Kelsey Mitchell is averaging 26.5 points per game as Indiana’s shooting guard. Forward Aliyah Boston has added 13.5 points per contest.
Washington’s offensive numbers aren’t as impressive thus far, but there is a lot of promising young talent on the roster. Sonia Citron has averaged 21.5 points per contest in her second season, while Shakira Austin (17 ppg) and Kiki Iriafen (16 ppg) have done their part as well.
