The 2026 WNBA All-Star Game will take place at 8:30 p.m. ET on Saturday at the United Center in Chicago on ABC and Disney+.
WNBA legends Cynthia Cooper and Teresa Weatherspoon will serve as the two coaches for this year’s event. Team Spoon is a 4.5-point favorite over Team Coop based on the latest WNBA odds at the BetMGM online sportsbook.
WNBA All-Star Game Prediction: Saturday, July 25
- Over 275.5
I like the over on the full-game total (275.5) for my WNBA All-Star Game prediction ahead of Saturday’s contest.
There is little to no defense in the WNBA All-Star Game anymore, with players aiming to make offensive highlights in this exhibition contest. Last year, Team Collier secured a 151-131 win over Team Clark. It marked a record for most total points scored in the All-Star Game.
Not counting 2024, when the All-Star Game featured a scrimmage against the USA Women’s National team, there has been an average of 268.6 points scored in this event since 2022. And the recent pattern suggests that the scores will continue to climb:
- 2022 ASG total points: 254
- 2023 ASG total points: 270
- 2025 ASG total points: 282
Given the 2026 WNBA season has featured even more offense in games that matter, I’m expecting the All-Star Game trend to continue this weekend.
I’m also expecting this total to climb before tipoff on Saturday, as more people pay attention to the betting odds. The talent of both rosters points to a high-scoring affair.
Team Coop roster: Paige Bueckers, Sonia Citron, Kahleah Copper, Natasha Howard, Marina Mabrey, Dominique Malonga, Kelsey Mitchell, Angel Reese, Breanna Stewart, Gabby Williams, and Jackie Young.
Team Spoon roster: Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, Allisha Gray, Rhyne Howard, Kiki Iriafen, Jonquel Jones, Olivia Miles, Nneka Ogwumike, Jessica Shepard, Courtney Williams, and A’ja Wilson.
WNBA All-Star Game Odds for Saturday, July 25
- Team Spoon spread: -4.5
- Team Coop spread: +4.5
- Total: 275.5
