Ryan Garner vs. Michael Magnesi: Prediction

Because of the speed and punch accuracy of Garner, I predict a decision win for him over Magnesi. It’s also going to be a clash of styles, with Garner liking to use his footwork to work on the outside, while Magnesi operates in close range.

Garner’s in-and-out approach will likely frustrate Magnesi since he won’t catch him with counters. Another thing that Garner is good at is his distance management and inflicting damage from the outside with his combinations.

If he avoids the forward pressure of Magnesi and move around the ring, Garner should be safe against the body shots and straight punches from his Italian opponent. Once he removes these threat, he Garner can proceed with his offense.
