After the 2022 season, the Baltimore Ravens traded safety Chuck Clark to the New York Jets for a seventh-round draft pick.

Chuck Clark Salary

Clark has a base salary of $2,478,235 during the 2023 season. He is in the final year of a five-year deal.

Chuck Clark Cap Hit

The former sixth-round pick has a cap hit of $4,140,000.

Chuck Clark Potential Extension

Clark will be an unrestricted free agent after the 2023 season. That could be prevented if the Jets and Clark work out an extension.

A deal for two or three seasons with a salary around his current number might be reasonable for both sides. There is no pressure for the Jets to do anything for now, but if Clark gets off to an excellent start in 2023, a contract extension could become a priority.
