This “Promotion” is available to qualifying customers up every day between May 29th, 2023 at 12:00 AM ET and September 7th, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotional Period”), unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion. Participants may play the game up to once daily between 12:00 AM ET and 11:59 PM ET. Accounts opened after the Promotional Period will not qualify for this Promotion. 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION: 

This Promotion is open to participants who, at the time of wagering, are located in Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming; are at least 21 years old; are not on an exclusion or self-exclusion list; and have an existing online BetMGM Sportsbook account (“Participant”). 

Employees, officers, directors, members and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (the “Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with the Sponsor (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants. The Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on Participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history. 

Additionally, any individual with a BetMGM account on any product in one (1) or more jurisdictions where the Sponsor operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction. 

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION: 

To claim this Promotion, Participant must, during the Promotional Period, (a) visit www.betmgm.com or the BetMGM Sportsbook mobile application and login to Participant’s BetMGM Sportsbook account, (b) access the “BetMGM Swing For The Fences” entry page under the tab labeled “Promotions”, and (c) follow the provided instructions to choose an area of the strike zone. Limit one (1) attempt per person/user per day.

For each Daily Game, prize(s), if any, will be deposited into the Sportsbook Account(s) of the winner(s), if any, within seventy-two (72) hours of the conclusion of the Promotion, subject to verification of winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  In certain instances, such as those involving larger or non-monetary prizes, the prizes may be distributed in an alternative manner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Bet Insurance Token: Bet Insurance tokens expires in (24 hours) after receipt. Winners must use their Bet Insurance Token within (24 hours) expiration period, or the Bet Insurance token will be forfeited. Bet Insurance token must be used on MLB, event, or market.  

Bet & Get Token: Bet & Get tokens expires in (24 hours) after receipt. Winners must use their Bet & Get Token within (24 hours) expiration period, or the Bet & Get Token will be forfeited. Bet & Get Token may only be used on MLB, event, or market.  

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR PARLAY BOOST TOKEN: 

Parlay Boost Tokens are limited to one (1) token per person, account, household (IP address) and/or computer and must be used during the Promotion Period. All details of Extra Winnings will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Extra Winnings (or portion thereof) with a similar reward (or reward element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Extra Winnings are the sole responsibility of Participants. Extra Winnings cannot be transferred and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Extra Winnings by Participant.  

Parlay Boost Tokens can only be used by a Participant and via the BetMGM Sportsbook website or mobile application, and must be used for a single parlay wager within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the Parlay Boost Token and within the Promotion Period. 

Parlay Boost Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash at any time or withdrawn from Participant’s account.   

Parlay Boost Tokens cannot be used on any other BetMGM brands (including, but not limited to, BetMGM Casino/Poker, Borgata Sports/Casino/Poker, Party Casino/Poker).

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR BONUS BET: 

Each Bonus Bet can only be used once. Each Bonus Bet can only be placed as one straight bet or one (1) parlay, and cannot be split between various bet placements.    

Bonus Bet will be credited to Participant’s account promptly (within approximately 24 hours) after settlement of a Qualifying Bet. 

Bonus Bets are limited to one (1) per person, account, household (IP address) and/or computer. All details of Bonus Bet will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Bonus Bet (or portion thereof) with a similar reward (or reward element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Bonus Bets are the sole responsibility of Participants. Bonus Bets cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Bonus Bets by Participant.  

Bonus Bets can only be redeemed via the BetMGM Sportsbook website or mobile application, can only be used for Eligible Wagers, and must be used within twenty-four (24) hours of them being credited to Participant’s account or will be forfeited. 

Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time or withdrawn from Participant’s account. Participant cannot “Cash-Out” its Bonus Bet(s). 

Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed on any other BetMGM brands (including, but not limited to, BetMGM Casino/Poker, Borgata Sports/Casino/Poker, Party Casino/Poker). 

Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms & conditions of such promotional offer. 

The value of Bonus Bet, once redeemed, will not be included in any winnings. 

If Participant’s Bonus Bet wager becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, if the game/event on which Participant’s Bonus Bet was placed is cancelled), Participant’s Bonus Bet will be returned to Participant’s account.

Bonus Spins Winnings  

The wagering requirement is 15x the Bonus Spins winnings amount. For every $1 in Bonus Spins Winnings, the player must wager $15. For example: If a player receives a $5 Casino Bonus, the player must wager $75 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings.   

The player has twenty-four (24) hours following receipt of the Bonus Spins winnings to complete the wagering requirement.   

Players can opt-in to multiple bonuses at any given time. However, they can only contribute to the wagering requirements or release restrictions for one bonus at a time. The wagering requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus unless the player pauses said bonus by resuming play on another bonus in the Bonus tab. Players can resume using bonuses multiple times until they expire.   

Players can opt out of a bonus at any time. Should players opt out of this bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from the Casino Bonus will be removed from the player’s account.   

GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING   

The percentage of your wager that counts toward your wagering requirement varies based on the game you are playing. Here are the percentages:   

Slots, Jackpot Slots, Scratch Cards, Fixed Odds Games, Virtual Games: 100%   

For Example: If I play $125 on Scratch Games → I release it, as they count 100%.   

Table, Roulette, Live Dealer (All Games), Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps: 20%   

For Example: If I play $125 on Roulette → Only $25 is counted, as Roulette counts 20%.   

Blackjack (Non-Live Dealer Only): 10%

Released Parties shall not be liable to any Participant or any other person for failure to supply reward (s) or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s sole control (a “Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”) or, (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.  

Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:  (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with Participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by Participant or anyone acting in concert with Participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
