Charlie Weis Jr. is the offensive coordinator at Ole Miss.ย

Weis Jr. joined Lane Kiffinโ€™s staff in 2022 as the offensive coordinator after previous stints at South Florida (2020-21) and Florida Atlantic (2018-19). Heโ€™s also been a low-level analyst and assistant with Florida (2011), Alabama (2015-16), and the Atlanta Falcons (2017).ย

Thatโ€™s pretty much it. Itโ€™s a short resume for Weis Jr., who turned 32 earlier this year.ย

Kiffinโ€™s original OC when he took the Ole Miss job in 2020 was Jeff Lebby. He left to become the OC for Brent Venables at Oklahoma in 2022, then took the vacant head coaching position at Mississippi State in 2024.ย

Other recent Ole Miss offensive coordinators include Rich Rodriguez (2019), Phil Longo (2017-18), and Matt Luke (2012-16).
