Houston basketball odds have sprouted into one of the top national markets under head coach Kelvin Sampson.

After suffering heavy roster turnover after making it to last year’s national championship game, Houston has been a popular college basketball futures pick at BetMGM. Yet the Cougars haven’t been priced at the very top of the odds market throughout most of this season – at least not the way they have been in previous years.

That softness could present an interesting buy point for March Madness handicappers looking for healthy returns. Over the last five years, Houston’s tournament resume speaks for itself.
