The remaining games were determined by their divisional finish (fourth) last year. They’ll play other teams that finished fourth: Raiders (AFC West), Jets (AFC East), and Giants (NFC East). Because it’s the AFC’s turn for nine road games — each AFC team has nine road games in even-numbered seasons — the Browns game against the Giants is on the road.
When Is the Browns Schedule Released?
The Browns regular-season schedule will be released in May. While the NFL hasn’t announced a date for the full schedule release, recent years suggest it’ll be on a Wednesday or Thursday in the second or third week of the month.
