The AFC North’s interconference rotation features the NFC South. The Steelers will play the Falcons and Panthers at home, and the Saints and Buccaneers on the road.
The remaining games were determined by their divisional finish (first) last year. They’ll play other teams that finished first: Broncos (AFC West), Patriots (AFC East), and Eagles (NFC East). Because it’s the AFC’s turn for nine road games — each AFC team has nine road games in even-numbered seasons — the Steelers game against the Eagles is on the road.
When Is the Steelers Schedule Released?
The Steelers regular-season schedule will be released in May. While the NFL hasn’t announced a date for the full schedule release, recent years suggest it’ll be on a Wednesday or Thursday in the second or third week of the month.

The Steelers could play an international game this season. The Steelers have played two international games, most recently defeating the Minnesota Vikings in Dublin in 2025.
