Below, NFL survivor pool players can find my Week 6 picks based on NFL odds at BetMGM.

For those new to the format, survivor contests ask players to pick one straight-up winner each week. However, players can only use each team once during the season.

Best NFL Survivor Pool Picks Week 6 2026

Indianapolis Colts (-7) vs Tennessee Titans

Indy finds itself in a strong buy-low spot after losing to the Steelers 34-22. However, the defense performed better than the Steelers’ scoreline indicated.

The Colts’ defense allowed 352 total yards, 130 of which came on two plays.

Jaylen Warren scored on an 80-yard screen pass he caught behind the line of scrimmage. Later, Warren scored a 50-yard rushing touchdown.

All told, Pittsburgh scored 34 points despite reaching the red zone only twice.

Now, the Colts offense changes roles from a 2.5-point underdog to a seven-point favorite. Additionally, the defense gets a Titans offense completely incapable of moving the ball.

Tennessee ranks 30th in offensive DVOA, per FTN Fantasy. On the road, they’ve only moved the ball against New York and Baltimore once the game became out of reach.

Last year, Tennessee posed no threat to Jonathan Taylor. Even at home with Jeffrey Simmons playing, the Colts offense scored 30+ points on offense.

It leads me to predict the Colts win outright with a strong defensive showing. Add in a lack of future equity for Indy, and it makes them a more appealing survivor option.

Los Angeles Rams (-12.5) vs Arizona Cardinals

One could argue the Rams’ survivor candidacy ends in Week 10. After facing the Cardinals in Week 6, Sean McVay’s team goes to Arizona before a Week 11 bye.

Arizona has at least shown some signs of offensive life. However, the defense has slowly started to look completely atrocious as the schedule toughened.

Seattle scored 31 in Week 2. San Francisco scored 36 in Week 3. Both got there via lengthy passing touchdowns, but the fact remains this defense is a problem.

In Week 5, the Cardinals surrendered 45 points to the Lions. As a team, Detroit rushed for 163 yards and racked up 412 total yards.

The performance marked the second time in the last three weeks Arizona posted a below-average rush defense DVOA performance.

In Week 6, they get a Rams offense that has run the ball very well. Excluding Week 5’s MNF game against Buffalo, the Rams rank sixth in rush offense DVOA.

Improvements have steadily come as time progressed. LA’s two best rush offense performances came in Weeks 3-4 against Denver and Philadelphia.

Add in LA’s offensive success against Arizona last year, and I predict they win outright at minimum.
