With better grappling and ground-and-pound skills, my prediction is a unanimous decision win for Mullins over Carolina. I think Mullins will force a lot of clinch battles against Carolina, especially since she likes to fight on the back foot and close on the fence.
Once Mullins gets a hold of Carolina, I think she’ll be able to hold him down and operate on the mat. Mullins does a great job of forcing grappling battles with the perfect timing of level changes, while Carolina has struggled to defend them due to her Muay Thai background.
