Nick Klein will welcome promotional debutant Joseph Kropschot at UFC Vegas 123 on Saturday, as they are scheduled for a middleweight showdown at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.
Even though he has experience competing under the promotion, Klein is going to be the betting underdog with +260 UFC odds, while Kropschot, who earned his UFC contract earlier this year, will be the betting underdog with -325 odds.

UFC Vegas 123: Nick Klein vs. Joseph Kropschot: Prediction
With better striking and longer cardio, I predict a decision win for Kropschot. Klein starts fast and surprises opponents with early takedowns and submission attempts. But he also spends a lot of energy doing that, which becomes his downfall.
Once gassed out after hunting for an early finish or submission, Klein visibly slows down and leaves himself open to punches and kicks. Kropschot is also an elite grappler and has sharp jabs and front kicks to inflict damage on the feet.
Even though Klein secures an early takedown against Kropschot, I don’t think he’ll get a tap. This means the fight will likely go past the first round, and that is where Kropschot will start grinding Klein down with punches and kicks until the final bell for the decision win.
Nick Klein’s Recent Fight Results
Klein entered the UFC via Dana White’s Contender Series in October 2024 after submitting Heraldo Souza in just 37 seconds. But he hasn’t won a fight inside the octagon, absorbing losses to Mansur Abdul-Malik and Andrey Pulyaev.
Joseph Kropschot’s Recent Fight Results
Kropschot was the former LFA titleholder before he joined Dana White’s Contender Series in August. He fought Jon Kunneman and made the most of it by unanimously beating him and earning a UFC contract.
