Amanda Serrano vs. Cheyenne Hanson: Prediction

My prediction is a decision win for Serrano over Hanson, as she’s the more experienced fighter who overwhelms her opponents with an incredible output of punches. This volume makes Serrano’s opponents crumble to her pressure and forces them to cover up.

Even though Hanson has the explosiveness and power, I don’t think she will be able to t keep up with Serrano’s pace and pressure. She will be unable to fire her signature punches because Hanson will be more worried about defending the combinations going in her direction.

Furthermore, Serrano’s experience will play a major role, since she’s very accustomed to fighting under the bright lights and competing against other world champions, while Hanson will be making her debut on US soil.

Amanda Serrano’s Recent Fight Results

Serrano is the current WBO featherweight champion, but she has competed in various weight classes in her pro career. She has won three of her previous five bouts, with victories over Danila Ramos, Stevie Morgan, and Reina Tellez. Katie Taylor handed Serrano the two losses during this stretch.

Cheyenne Hanson’s Recent Fight Results

Hanson is a boxing star from Germany and hasn’t lost since 2021. Her last five victories have come against Angela Cannizzaro, Nana Dokadze, Phannaluk Kongsang, Soledad Macedo, and Flor Rodriguez.
