Current IBF super flyweight champion Willibadlo Garcia Perez will welcome the challenge of the WBC flyweight titleholder Kenshiro Teraji on Dec. 27 at Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Due to his better professional record, Teraji will be the betting favorite with -455 boxing odds, while the defending champion is going to be the +350 underdog. A draw result has odds of +1600.

Kenshiro Teraji vs. Willibaldo Garcia Perez: Prediction
My prediction is a decision win for Perez against Teraji, as he’s the more aggressive fighter and throws a lot of volume during fights. The defending champion also has great cardio for 12 rounds and never stops moving forward.
Teraji has struggled against pressure-forward boxers because he tends to be trapped against the ropes and can’t pivot his way out. In turn, he tries to fight fire with fire and ends up on the receiving end of a solid punch.
If Perez imposes his aggressive fighting style against Teraji, it will be a long night for the Japanese challenger. Unless Teraji lands any significant punch or combination in the first four rounds, I see Perez winning this one via the judges’ scorecards.

Teraji is a two-division boxing world champion, having won the WBC light flyweight title and the WBC flyweight belt. In his last five fights, he scored victories over Hekkie Budler, Carlos Canizales, Cristofer Rosales, Seigo Yuri Akui, and Ricardo Rafael Sandoval.
