Who Is the Offensive Coordinator at Ohio State?

Keenan Bailey and Brian Hartline are the co-offensive coordinators at Ohio State. 

Both Bailey and Hartline have been at Ohio State since at least 2017. Hartline became OC in 2023. He subsequently shared responsibilities with Chip Kelly in 2024.

Bailey has been a low-level assistant in Columbus since 2016. His promotion to the coordinator role is his first major position. 

Ohio State has a history of big offense and strong coordinators, culminating with the move to bring in Kelly last year. The ingenuity at OC was a major factor behind Ohio State’s national championship.
