After Week 6, Georgia is the only remaining unbeaten SEC team. Remarkably, eight other teams currently have exactly one loss in the Southeastern Conference standings.

Missouri and Ole Miss are two of those eight, and both are trying to prove they belong in the group of challengers who could play the Bulldogs for a conference championship in Atlanta.

Whoever loses this one will fall to 2-2, with several more ranked opponents left on deck.

BetMGM has NCAA football odds available for all the Week 7 college football action.

Ole Miss vs. Missouri: Preview & Notes

Missouri is the underdog in this game, but the analytics say the Tigers are the more complete team.

Both Ole Miss and Mizzou rank in the top 35 for EPA/pass and success rate on passing plays. But Missouri’s defensive prowess is much firmer on a play-to-play basis, ranking 16th in stop rate. Ole Miss ranks outside the top 100 in several key defensive categories.
