76ers vs. Pistons Prediction: Wednesday, Nov. 4

  • Cade Cunningham over 12.5 rebounds + assists.

Although BetMGM hasn’t posted the player prop market for the 76ers vs. Pistons game on Wednesday, I’m still interested in Cade Cunningham’s rebound and assist production, especially if it’s listed at 12.5.

Cunningham is averaging 12.5 rebounds + assists in seven games this season, but during their first matchup with the 76ers, he had eight rebounds and eight assists.

The two-time NBA All-Star is still the team’s primary playmaker, and he’s expected to have a higher usage rate against another contender.

He’s currently dishing out 7.1 assists, thanks to Detroit’s balanced wing shooters and slashers. Duncan Robinson and Kevin Huerter are his targets in the 3-point territory, while Paul Reed and John Collins are his running mates in lobs and alley-oops.

With center Jalen Duren still out with a right hamstring strain, Cunningham’s usage rate should rise, and he could log over 30 minutes.

Philadelphia remains the league’s worst rebounding team, giving up 48.4 rebounds so far, and even though their All-Star center Joel Embiid is expected to play, I still think Cunningham will grab at least seven rebounds in this game.

Prediction: Cade Cunningham over 12.5 rebounds + assists.
