Duncan appeared in 18 postseason runs and played 251 games. These stats have helped Duncan and the Spurs win five NBA titles in 1999, 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2014.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is another big man who sits in the No. 3 spot with the most minutes played in the postseason, with 8,851. His playoff career stats include a double-double of 24.3 points and 10.5 rebounds, along with 3.2 assists and 2.4 blocks per game. Abdul-Jabbar suited up for the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Lakers as he led them to the promised land (one with the Bucks and five with the Lakers).
Kobe Bryant and Scottie Pippen complete the top-five list with 8,641 minutes and 8,105 minutes played during their playoff campaigns. Bryant appeared in 220 games and accumulated 25.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 4.7 assists, and Pippen appeared in 208 games, where he put up 17.5 points, 7.6 rebounds, and five assists. Bryant spent all his playing years with the Lakers and helped them win five championships, while Pippen played for three teams — the Bulls, Rockets, and Blazers.
