Michigan vs. Arizona: NCAA Tournament Final Four

Saturday’s winner will almost certainly win the national championship, and both the Wolverines and Wildcats are seen as worthy candidates.

Both teams have been national championship favorites at some point over the last two months, and BetMGM’s college basketball odds rate this game as a virtual pick ’em.

Per KenPom, both teams also have adjusted offensive ratings and adjusted defensive ratings in the national top five – one of the most frequent indicators of the eventual national champion.

At BetMGM, Michigan has been the most popular ticket for most of the season, but Arizona money has flooded into the sportsbook over the last couple of weeks. The Wildcats became the No. 1 most public champion from a betting perspective, which likely explains why they initially entered the Final Four as a slight favorite in the futures market.
