Arthur Smith is the Steelers’ offensive coordinator. He joined the team before the 2024 season.
Smith moved to Pittsburgh from Atlanta. There, he spent three seasons as Atlanta’s head coach.
He struggled in Atlanta, going 21-30. The Falcons fired him after zero playoff wins.
Most of Smith’s NFL experience came with the Titans. Of his 17 years in the NFL, 10 came in Nashville.
Two of those years came as offensive coordinator. The Titans finished 10th and fourth in points per game.

Smith also owns two years of NCAA experience.
He worked as a UNC graduate assistant in 2006. After Washington, he spent a year with Ole Miss.
