Mike Tomlin became the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2007. He’s been head coach of the team for 16 seasons after 2022.

How Many Super Bowls Has Mike Tomlin Won?

Mike Tomlin has won one Super Bowl with the Steelers, Super Bowl 43 over Kurt Warner and the Cardinals in the 2008 season. He’s led the team to two Super Bowl appearances. That includes Super Bowl 45, where the Steelers lost to the Packers during the 2010 season.

The Steelers have won seven AFC North titles and made 10 playoff appearances during Tomlin’s time with them.

Chuck Noll has the most wins among any Steelers head coach with a record 193-148-1 in the regular season and 16-8 in the playoffs from 1969-91 with four Super Bowl victories. 

Mike Tomlin’s record with the Steelers is 163-93-2 in the regular season and 8-9 in the playoffs heading into the 2023 season. His .636 win percentage in the regular season is the best in the franchise’s history.

Bill Cowher is the only other Steelers coach with over 100 wins or another Super Bowl triumph. He was 149-90-1 in the regular season and 12-9 in the playoffs.
