27. Participants’ Personal Information: By filling out the entry form and submitting it, Participants acknowledge and agree that collected information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS:

28. To participate in this Sports Promotion using the Wager Method, participant must place an Eligible Wager of at least Ten dollars ($10) on a Pro Football Same Game Parlay during an Entry Period to receive an entry (-200 minimum odds)
29. Only Participant’s first Eligible Wager during the Promotional Period (a “Qualifying Bet”) will qualify for this Sports Promotion.

ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING:

30. Participant who enter via wagering will wager funds to receive withdrawable dollars. Withdrawable dollars will be credited to Participant’s account promptly (within approximately 72 hours) after accepting the grand prize.

RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWALS:

Withdrawable Funds: Declared winner will be able to claim the withdrawable funds in their Sponsor account wallet 48 hours after responding to the winner selection notification with the required information within five (5) business days of the date and time notification was attempted by Sponsor. The withdrawable funds will not be subject to any wagering requirements and will not expire.

CANCELLATION:

32. If Participant opts to cash out on Participant’s Eligible Wager early through the “Cash Out” or “Auto Cash Out” features, that participant’s wager will no longer be eligible for this Sports Promotion. If Participant opts to edit Participant’s Eligible Wager through the “Edit My Bet” feature, that participant’s wager will no longer be eligible for this Sports Promotion. If Participant opts to get Participant’s Eligible Wager canceled, that participant’s wager will no longer be eligible for this Sports Promotion.
33. Bonus Bets are not required to be wagered on the account once awarded. Should a player choose not to use their available Bonus Bets, they will expire seven (7) days after being issued.

In addition, each potential winner’s guest, if any and as applicable, may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be required to execute and return a release of liability as directed in order to participate in the prize as winner’s guest. Each potential winner and his or her guest, if any and as applicable, may be required to provide his/her U. S. Social Security Number for tax purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential winner. Sponsor may share the potential winner’s name and contact information with Promotion Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Upon completion and acceptance of the Affidavit and once a potential winner provides the necessary proof of travel documents, then he or she will be declared a Winner.In Sponsor’s sole discretion, a selected potential winner may be disqualified (and may forfeit his/her prize), and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions from among the remaining eligible entries if such selected potential winner (i) is unreachable or does not timely respond to any communication from Sponsor (or its designee) (or if a winner notification is returned as undeliverable), (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use a prize for any reason, (iii) fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period, and/or (iv) does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise found to be ineligible. Forfeited prizes may not be awarded. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified and/or is unable to satisfy the requirements herein, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award the prize to an alternate potential winner (if necessary and time permitting) who successfully meets the requirements to receive a prize but reserves the right to not award the prize after multiple efforts to identify an alternate potential winner (if any) who accepts the prize.Notwithstanding anything in these Terms & Conditions to the contrary, Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, of administration of the Promotion, and of selection/determination of the potential winner(s).Sponsor’s decisions in all matters related to the Promotion are final and binding. Each selected potential winner may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be required to show a valid state issued driver’s license, government-issued identification or other identification (subject to Sponsor’s approval) as evidence of identity.
46. PRIZES
    • GRAND PRIZE: A total of one (1) Prize Package are offered in this Promotion (“Grand Prize Package”). The Grand Prize Package will be awarded to one (1) winner. The Grand Prize Package consists of the following elements:
      1. $500 in MGM Resort Credit for use throughout MGM Grand in Las Vegas during the stay described below.
      2. Three-night (3) stay at MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the Winner and one (1) guest in a standard double occupancy room, plus daily resort fee, checking-in on Friday February 9^th, 2024 and checking out Monday February 12^th 2024.
      3. $1,000 in Withdrawable funds for use for travel expenses room, plus daily resort fee.
      4. Access to the BetMGM Big Game Bash on 2/9/24 and 2/10/24 and invitation to the BetMGM Pro Football Watch Party on 2/11/24 (exact location to be determined for Big Game Bash & Watch Party).

      Verified winner of the Grand Prize Package, will have until January 31st , 2024 to book.. Hotel Stay is valid Friday February 9, 2024 through Monday, February 12, 2024.

      Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Grand Prize Package is $4,000. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of prize may vary based on, among other things, winner’s city of departure. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any prize with an actual retail value (“ARV”) of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for the ARV of prize for the year in which prize was won.

      All details of prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply. Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs associated with the prizes.

      PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

      Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Hotel arrangements are subject to Promotion Entities’ approval, at their discretion, and must be made through Sponsor’s agent. Winner and guest (if any) must complete their hotel stay together on the same itinerary. Winner and guest (if any) are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable) prior to travel. In the event that the winner or his/her guest (if any) are unable to obtain a passport or visa prior to trip departure date outlined above the winner in question will forfeit the prize in its entirety and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize(s), and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Lineup is subject to change. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of winner and guest (if any). Winner and guest, if any, must comply with all applicable prize venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If winner chooses to redeem and/or participate in any portion of the prize with no guest, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligations to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING, OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT DESCRIBED ABOVE .

    The Grand Prize Package are collectively known as the “Prizes”.

    Prizes received from this promotion are non-transferable and are subject to availability (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).

    Hotel Stays – In order to be verified as a winner of a hotel stay for the winner and one (1) Guest at MGM Grand, a potential winner and his/her guest must be in good standing with MGM Resorts International (collectively with Sponsor known as “Prize Provider”) including without limitation being current on all accounts and not previously excluded from any properties or services, and not be excluded under any applicable state regulations. If requested by Sponsor, potential winner must be willing to voluntarily submit to and complete a background check as a condition of continued eligibility. Potential Winner acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor and MGM Resorts may share all necessary information collected from or provided by the potential winner for the purposes of administering the promotion, including verifying eligibility and awarding the prize.

    Sponsor will make available the agreed upon amount as stated above that the winner may apply for services and experiences at MGM Resorts International wholly owned and operated properties subject to these Official Rules (“MGM Resort Credit”). All services and experiences provided by MGM Resorts International wholly owned and operated properties are subject to availability and MGM Resorts International’s terms of use. Any unused MGM Resort Credit shall expire when the winner checks out of the MGM Grand hotel room associated with this prize. MGM Resort Credit can be used for food and beverage, nightlife/entertainment (e.g., show tickets), pool cabana rentals, and spa. MGM Resort Credit cannot be used for golf, retail purchases including merchandise, gratuities, and gambling including Freeplay, slot play, promotional casino chips, etc. Prize Winner is required to stay at MGM Grad in order to use the MGM Resort Credit. Hotel arrangements are subject to the approval of MGM Resorts International, in its sole discretion, and must be made through MGM Resorts International’s agent. To redeem your MGM Resort Credit, you must charge the expense to your room. Operating hours of MGM Resorts properties and their outlets and facilities are subject to change, availability and/or closure. Winner will not receive the cash value or be compensated in any manner for any unused MGM Resort Credit which will be forfeited if not used on trip as set forth herein. Credit must be used prior to winner and his or her guest’s checking out of hotel. Due to availability and/or other limitations, MGM Resorts International reserves the right to substitute specific types of resort credit for alternate types of resort credit.

    Each winner will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and valid major credit card at the time of check-in to cover incidentals and fees/services not included in the prize. Verified winner will have until January 31, 2024 to book.

    Guests who have a positive COVID-19 test while at MGM Grand are required to follow each venue’s health and safety incident protocols. Each guest seeking entry to an event on an MGM property represents and warrants that he/she is not required to quarantine or isolate as per CDC Guidelines, and shall not seek entry to an event if he/she is required to quarantine or isolate as of the show date. Guests understand, and agree, that such medical and health related information may be provided to and/or shared with Sponsor and/or MGM Resorts International and/or each of their parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries as well as with third parties on a need-to-know basis. Sponsor and MGM Resorts International reserves the right to modify the above requirements as the situation merits and in the event of changes to CDC Guidelines.

    As noted by government health officials, complete isolation from the COVID-19 virus or any other communicable disease is impossible. Accordingly, Sponsor and MGM Resorts International cannot and do not promise to eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and cannot and do not promise that you will not contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. You acknowledge that Sponsor and MGM Resorts International have informed you that facilities related to the Prizes are not risk-free, that it is possible that you may contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during your presence at such facilities, and that you freely choose to enter and/or reside in such facilities with awareness of the associated risks.

    Unless otherwise indicated herein, all expenses and travel costs including, but not limited to, all transportation, meals, incidental, surcharges, service charge or facility charges, personal charges at hotel, taxes or other expense, are the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest(s). Prizes are subject to availability, blackout days (which may include holidays, weekends and/or special events) and certain other restrictions. Limit one (1) prize per person. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all elements of a prize must be used in the same stay. The guest of winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, provided that the guest of a winner may be under the age of twenty-one (21) if the winner is the parent or legal guardian of such guest. If applicable, the prize is also subject to terms and conditions set forth in applicable prize certificate. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater retail value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The value of the prize set forth above represent Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ERV thereof, and the actual fair market value of the prize will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed. Actual value of prize may vary based on time of stay and other factors. The winner is responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

    No changes may be made by winner (or his/her guest(s)) to prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize.
