A stretch loss to LSU (or anyone else) would drop the Aggies into a morass of other one-loss contenders.
LSU, for its part, is hoping to score a signature win for Brian Kelly’s 2025 season. Wins against Clemson and Florida have aged poorly. A loss would likely drop the Tigers out of the AP Top 25.
