After Nebraska lost to Michigan on Jan. 27, Arizona was officially the last of the undefeated college basketball teams for the 2025-26 season.

The Wildcats’ immense success is not an accident. Arizona rates as a top five team in both adjusted offensive efficiency and adjusted defensive efficiency, per KenPom – the common historical marker of a true national championship favorite.

And, unsurprisingly, Arizona basketball odds were recently adjusted at BetMGM, making the Wildcats the unquestioned favorite and No. 1 team in college basketball.

Over the next few weeks, online sportsbooks will take thousands of bets on Arizona in the college basketball futures market. The price will probably only go down from here.
