March Madness ATS Records: Each Seed’s Betting History Against the Spread

There wasn’t an 11-seed in the Final Four of the 2022 NCAA Tournament – after two 11-seeds had reached the national semifinals in the last three tournaments – but 11-seeds went 6-3 against the spread to continue recent dominance in March Madness betting.

Despite a sub-.500 ATS record from 2005-10 (17-19-1), 11-seeds have the best NCAA Tournament ATS record among all seeds since 2005. At 74-52-2, they’ve covered nearly 60 percent of spreads over the last 17 tournaments, per Bet Labs.

Here’s the ATS record for each seed since the 2005 NCAA Tournament (not including First Four games):
