- Grant Udinski joins Liam Coen’s coaching staff as the Jags’ offensive coordinator.
- Udinski spent three seasons with the Vikings prior to joining Jacksonville.
- Udinski is one of the youngest offensive coordinators in the NFL.
Grant Udinski is the Jaguars’ offensive coordinator in 2025.
Udinski owns minimal NFL experience. At 29, he ranks among the youngest OC’s.
Before the Jags, he spent three years with the Vikings. There, Udinski coached parts of Minnesota’s offense:
- 2022: Asst. to the HC/Special Projects
- 2023-24: Asst. QB’s Coach
- 2024: Asst. OC
Udinski has three more years of experience. Two years came in the NFL.
He began in 2019 as a grad assistant for Baylor. After 2019, Udinski joined Matt Rhule the next season in Carolina.
He then spent two years as a Panthers asst. coach under Rhule, his Baylor head coach.
This year, he faces a big test. Last year, the Jags ranked 26th in points.
A silver lining? The Jags played the hardest schedule of defenses in 2024.
