For the 2025 season, Mike LaFleur enters his third season as the Rams’ offensive coordinator

LaFleur, whose brother Matt coaches the Packers, has led a consistently strong Rams offense. In the last two seasons, the Rams ranked 10th and seventh in offensive DVOA, per ftnfantasy.com.

That represents a stark improvement from LaFleur’s first offensive coordinator job. Prior to joining the Rams, he spent two seasons coordinating the New York Jets’ offense.

Including his time with New York and Los Angeles, LaFleur has worked for five different teams:

  • Cleveland Browns: Offensive Intern (2014)
  • Atlanta Falcons: Offensive Assistant (2015-16)
  • San Francisco 49ers: Passing Game Coordinator (2017-20) & Wide Receivers Coach (2017-18)

Before his time in the NFL, LaFleur worked five seasons in college football for three schools.

After a year at Elmhurst as an offensive assistant, he spent three seasons at St. Joseph’s (IN). There, he worked a year with quarterbacks and two as an offensive coordinator.

Finally, LaFleur spent a season at Davidson as the offensive coordinator, quarterbacks, and wide receivers coach.
