The Super Bowl record for most points in a half is 35. This was accomplished by the Redskins in the first half of Super Bowl XXII.

They led the Broncos, 35-10, and ended up winning 42-10.

That game was also good for the biggest halftime lead in Super Bowl history when the Redskins led the Broncos by 25 points.
