Scoring in 2018 proved wildly difficult. Koepka won at +1, the only time in the last 10 years a U.S. Open winner finished over par.
In 2004, Retief Goosen won the U.S. Open at Shinnecock. Only Goosen (-4) and Phil Mickelson (-2) finished under par for the week.
