The course record at Valhalla Golf Club, the site of the 2024 PGA Championship, is a nine-under 62.

It was recorded by Xander Schauffele in the first round of the 2023 edition. Prior to this, it was Jose Maria Olazabal’s 63 in the third round of the 2000 PGA Championship.

Lowest PGA Championship Round

Schauffele’s 62 was not only the course record at Valhalla but also the lowest round in PGA Championship history.

Prior to this, 17 players had recorded a 63.
