Professional tennis is known at least in part for its massive cash prizes, particularly for winners of the major events. It’s not uncommon for singles champions to walk away from an event with a check for more than $1 million.

Naturally, that’s led to many questions about just how much money is at stake in the world of tennis in any given year.

What’s the Total ATP Payout & Prize Money This Year?

Because some major tournaments like the Grand Slams and ATP Finals don’t publish their prize purses in advance, it’s impossible to say what the total ATP prize purse is for the 2026 season.

That said, there are more than 30 unique ATP tournaments in 2026 with a total purse of at least $1 million. And in the case of Slams, the purse is much greater – sometimes closer to $100 million than $1 million.

All in, the men’s tennis tour will award more than $250 million in prize money this year to 2026 ATP Tour winners. But we won’t know the exact figure until the end of the year.

Below is a running list of the winner’s share and purse breakdown for every tournament on the 2026 schedule.
