In winning the AFC Championship in January the Cincinnati Bengals became just the fifth outright underdog winner in the last 20 AFC title game and delivered a healthy return to bettors who took the Bengals at +8000 in preseason odds at the online sportsbook.

Shortly after losing to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI, the Bengals opened at +650 in 2022 AFC Championship odds. They’re now -105 (moneyline) to return to the Super Bowl.
