The most recent team to do it was the Kansas City Chiefs when they won Super Bowl LVII and Super Bowl LVIII.

No team has ever won three straight Super Bowls. The Chiefs were the most recent team to have a chance; they lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX after winning the previous two Super Bowls.
