Three teams have appeared in three straight Super Bowls — including one team, the Buffalo Bills, with four straight appearances — though none of them won each of the three:
- Dolphins: 1971-73
- Bills: 1990-93
- Patriots: 2016-18
The Bills lost in each of their four appearances, while the Dolphins and Patriots each won two of their three appearances.
The Kansas City Chiefs are now seeking a second straight Super Bowl in after beating the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship. If they win the Lombardi Trophy on Feb. 11, they’d enter the 2024-25 season with a chance at winning three straight.
