The final edition of the Rocket Classic from Detroit Golf Club will be July 30-August 2.
While not a PGA Tour signature event, a number of stars are in the field, including Cameron Young, Xander Schauffele, Chris Gotterup and Wyndham Clark.
Young has the best odds to win at +1100.
Typically, some of the longer hitters have had the most success here, including previous winners Bryson DeChambeau and the defending champion Aldrich Potgieter.

Rocket Classic Prediction
Scottie Scheffler is predicted to win the Rocket Classic with an 8.33% implied probability, according to betting markets. Chris Gotterup is next at 5.26%.
Implied probability is the overall chance of a potential outcome in relation to the odds.
Rocket Classic Best Bets
Akshay Bhatia Outright Winner (+3500)
Bhatia isn’t one of the longer hitters, but he’s had some past success here, including a T-2 in 2024.
While he missed the cut in the Open Championship, Bhatia showed some promise in his two prior starts, finishing T-5 at the Travelers Championship and T-17 at the U.S. Open. TPC River Highlands and Detroit Golf Club have some similarities, which should help as well.
After winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational back in March, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag for Bhatia, but he appears to be trending in the right direction to close out the year.
Brooks Koepka Top-20 Finish (+210)
Koepka hasn’t had the best of summers, with two missed cuts and no top-25 finishes in his last four starts, but that means a better number for the veteran.
He’s yet to tee it up here before, but his length will certainly help. As always with Koepka, it comes down to how his putter performs.
